My car was in the shop for 2 weeks. When I got my car back the bumper was still not completely in. I had to go back and when they pushed it in, there was a. Scratch. Which they should have seen it because they made multiple extra claims on my bumber. My insurance already maxed out my car rental and it was carstar responsibility to fix the scratch and give me a rental. They denied so i cancelled and will no longer do service with them!

Ask them if auto stays. At shop or gets shipped across town. I looked at my app and found it elsewhere and was not notified. Lucky cops weren’t involved.
