The front door’s molding is not satisfactory as well as needing to touch up on the paint for the door handle. Explained to mother about what was said about the doors not being able to be perfect and she stated that it should be at least close as possible and was not happy about the molding on both doors being off/uneven.

The staff was so informative and kind. Definitely liked the text updates! The service was quick and amazing! Loved that no shortcuts were taken to repair my truck! They completely repaired the damage and made it look like damage was done! Will definitely use you guys again!

My experience with Elite Auto was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, they were professional, kind and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle repairs through phone calls and text messages. Melissa is very sweet and professional as well! Ahmad was also very kind whenever I spoke to him, as well as Alex. They made the process smooth with my insurance company, and brought my baby back to life from a hit and run within one week. Their body work is also impeccable and my car looks brand new! The inside of the building is nice, cool and clean with plenty of refreshments for this hot Houston heat.
