He walked me through the damage estimate in detail and, unlike many shops that simply push the most expensive option, he took the time to explain the different parts available and let me choose what worked best for me. Eli was honest, transparent, and focused on helping me make an informed decision rather than upselling unnecessary expenses. Eli was awesome from start to finish. After my wreck, I needed several repairs, including a new condenser, front bumper, and sensors. He walked me through everything, explained the estimate clearly, and was completely honest about my options for replacement parts. Instead of trying to upsell me, he gave me straightforward information and let me decide what worked best for me. He also made sure my car was finished on time with no surprises. Great communication, great service, and great work from the whole team. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
