This was our first crash and we were so lost as to what to do. Geico connected us with Elite Collision and my entire experience was absolutely wonderful. We had our car back in a week (5 business days) in mint condition. They even washed it for us. We got daily updates and Mr. Reggie was amazing. Thank you for making this horrible experience an easy one for us. We will be back to bring our other car (no accident) for a little clean up.

They were very professional from day one. Adrian was very helpful and patient with me. He walked me thru and made suggestions based on my need. My car was well taken care of, their estimate was exactly what I ended up paying. Adrian was kind enough and offered me a ride home when they were fixing my car. They were also able to fix my car a day earlier than estimated, i was really happy about that. Overall, great service, great customer service. I brought my older, injured car in for repairs and was impressed with the care and efficiency that was given in not only fixing the problem, but having it ready 2 days ahead of schedule and cleaning the whole car inside and out!
