As soon as we entered the facility, we are greeted just about by everyone saying hello with a very friendly attitude. We are introduced to Adrianne and he said that he was going to be taken care of our vehicle. He got us in a rental car right away and told us to give them a day to assess the situation and they get back to me. Adrian got back to me. The following day told me that they had already ordered the parts and they wanted to check a couple more things to make sure everything was perfect and then called me the next day and told me that the frame was pinched. They were doing measurements to make sure that it was good later to determine that part of the frame needed to be replaced on my 2025 bronco . They assured this is not a hard job, but it is a big job and they will need it for at least a month. Adrian called me constantly to give me updates and later just to find out that they would be done early. He provided me with pictures which he did not have to do because I’ve never seen a new car with the body off. It’s framed before.. he called as soon as it was done, we picked it up the next day. Adrian was always available to answer all of my questions and was very informative.!

10/10 honestly the whole team was amazing. They were so caring and nice and took really good care of us. I’m hoping I never have to get into a car accident again but if I do or anyone I know does I will recommend this place.

When receiving my car, Eli prepared all paperwork as fast and full as he could to avoid the waiting time. He carefully explained the documents clearly so that I didn't confuse.
