Mine being a grey market vehicle, this repair could have been a nightmare. The shop owner allowed me to help with part sourcing since I knew my vehicles community. Working together, we got everything needed for my car surprisingly quickly. I am very happy with the cooperative effort. I am a little dissatisfied that I was not made aware that the original adjuster on my claim had left the company. I had five unanswered emails over the course of two months. That is unacceptable. You get an 8 because the woman who picked up the claim, though inexperienced, was very pleasant and helpful.

Paul was very informative and straight to the point. The appointment was easy and the total turn around time was fairly short too. I wanted too wait for a bit before giving a review as I was waiting to see if the paint on my car would deteriorate after a few weeks. But so far, the quality of work is holding really well and I’m glad that I chose this location.
