When I picked up my car, there was yellow paint on the rear taillight but they took care of it. There were mysterious chips in my windshield that were not there when I dropped the car off on Monday. There is paint residue on my driver seat the color of the new bumper. The new bumper has a black scuff by the new taillight. Finally, I think the new taillight was broken but they installed it anyway by gluing it back together and using it

The interior of the car was a mess. Hand prints on the inside of the driver’s door and both floor mats were filthy & one had chewing gum on it which took me 3 hours to remove. This is my only complaint and I was extremely disappointed as the repair was done so well.

From the initial contact with Mr. Paul Singh, the professionalism, substantive knowledge and genuine customer service was exceptional. Paul, was engaging, efficient, describing the process he employs to determine the repairs required for my vehicle and producing estimated results and costs in the time stated. I appreciated his calm demeanor, gracious interactions with myself as well as each customer. It is clear he values high and meets high quality standards in accomplishing the work. My vehicle has not only been repaired, it looks as though it was never hit or involved in a rear end collision.
