Great shop. State Farm and Subaru approved. If car is drivable, they order all the parts and then you return and they complete the rapair quickly. Limits the days a rental car is needed. No surprises.

I trust Paul and Antonio and Carstar to really be thorough and not cheap out on parts (sometimes though it required a bit of nudging). We took our car on a long roadtrip recently and it worked perfectly. We are very grateful to Paul and his team for doing such a good job and putting our safety as the #1 priority

Our car looks and feels great. carstar was meticulous with our car and spared no expense in putting it back together after a very bad car accident. The only reason I am not giving a 10 is because we had to take the car back several times as items were not functioning properly. The car was also given back to us insanely dusty and dirty. But we appreciated how Paul and his team cleaned the car and did all the extra repairs that were needed. Just wish there wasn’t as much back and forth.

Paul was great to work with. We would call him to check in rather than him calling us for the most part. But whenever we had an issue with the car he would handle it. Sometimes there was push back but we came to an understanding and he was patient with us as we peppered him with lots of questions and requests. We appreciate that he has his team buff out some scratches and helped chip off some paint.
