They did a beautiful job on my 2020 chevy Equinox that was rear ended. The people at the Ronkonkoma location where very friendly and kept me up to date on the progress. I feel confident in using CARSTAR because they put action behind their words making them a trustworthy company to work with. They give regular updates and prompt responses. Everyone is always working extremely hard to get things done in a timely manner and willing to answer any questions, making it as smooth of a process as possible. Quality of work is exceptional! Big shout out to Lisa as she is an angel on earth and you can tell she truly cares about the customers!
