I came to Father's & Son's because of the reviews. And they didn't fall short. The Communication was exceptional. They kept me updated about every step they took with my vehicle. They were thorough with ever detail. They were quick and efficient. All repairs are under full warranty as long as you own the car , which is exceptional. Although my incident with my vehicle was not my fault, they made my inconvenience easier to go through . The team was respectful and kind. Shout out to the best receptionist at Fathers & Son's at Carstar!! She is the best and she should be honored ! Thank you to all.
