I was very nervous bringing my car as I have never done this before. Didn’t know what to expect and obviously didn’t love that my car was smashed up. I was updated every step of the way in the process and it was truly a “Relax, We’ll take it from here” experience. I just got my car back and couldn’t be more excited! Would highly suggest CARSTAR Fathers & Sons, especially if you have an Audi.

Excellent customer service from Kerri and Sarah. Polite, professional and kind. They kept me very well informed of the status of my vehicle. They assisted me in returning my rental vehicle and they even had my vehicle detailed. The shop did excellent work. I highly recommend Fathers & Sons.
