The work was excellent, but the communication during the month the car was there could have been better managed. For instance, about a week into the service, I started to receive text messages that my car would be ready by end of week, is on schedule, almost ready, etc. When I called to inquire they acted like they never sent anything. Hand holding during the month long process would have been appreciated. That said, the staff appears well intentioned and work was excellent.
