AMAZINGGG. The process went by smooth and I was always kept up to date with what was being done to my car. The lady at the front was sweet and patient. Overall happy with the result. They cleaned the inside of my car and my even my tires were shiny. Little things like that matter to me! Loved this place.

I had never been in an accident where I need to have significant repairs done to my vehicle. So when my daughter slid on ice and damaged the car,I definitely knew I wanted Fathers & Sons to do the work, and I could not be happier. I wasn’t going to review but I kept getting emails and texts about it. Can’t recommend because the job could have been done by repair if someone with expertise had looked it over but instead they waited over a month for a part they didn’t even need until I had to push the issue and then someone finally looked at it.

They communicated the entire time and were very nice but ultimately not fully thinking of the customer. A repair could have been done that was cheaper and took less time but that option wasn’t presented until I made a fuss about needing alternative transportation after a month. Ultimately this was remedied but left a bad taste

I highly appreciate the staff working here for being understanding and working around the situation I had. repairs on my car we’re done quick and fast they answer their phone calls. They answer the emails. And also have answers for any questions relating to your vehicle being at the repair shop 10 out of 10 service. I would highly recommend to others when asked where to take my car thank you to fathers and sons for being cooperative on hard times
