I was satisfied but not completely. I was totally satisfied with Aubrie and her awesome customer service and communication. From start to finish she consistently makes you feel like she really cares. She expresses empathy with going thru the headaches of getting into an unexpectedaccident and acknowledges the frustration of being a returning customer. I just wish some of those same qualities were present at front desk when you first come in to CarStar father and Sons. I also had a problem with ending up with a bill, even though I was not at fault for this accident; due to something that car star installed with my exhaust, but the insurance company never explained to me up front that i would have to cover the “betterment” difference. Very frustrating to get hit with a bill when I’m not at fault for the accident. I wish Car Star could work with customers like me to share some of that expense especially since I’m choosing Carr star over any other repair company the insurance company is recommending I use. They wanted me to go to Balise, but I chose you. I think this is my third repair in about a years time. I did appreciate you covering the diagnostic fee for checking the code on my repair and I understand that I had to pay for the part that caused the code. I am grateful for that.
