Was originally told repair would take four days, but it took three weeks. Couldn’t get people to call me back with status. Wen I did talk to someone I was frequently told mine was not the only car they had.

My car was repaired but the communication was not great. I called and asked if it would be done by the next Friday and it wasn't. I called and they said they would call me right back and that was 3 days later. They did a good job at reparing but just very slow and inconvenient.
