Louise was FANTASTIC to work with!! He always kept myself or husband aware of the status of where my car was, in the repiars. He explained everything in great detail , which made it easy for to understand, why he was doing what he wasa doing. My bumper looked PERFECT when i picked it up!! And, they did some paint touch up work on my car, and that looked AMAZING as well!! He also helped getting set up for my rent car. Definitely 5 star service!!!!
