I had a good experience with CarStar Fort Bend and the repairs on my 2003 Nissan 350Z which had been struck from behind by a driver. I was able to talk to them and find a solution to fix the damage.

I think this rating scale should have 10 as “very satisfied” and 9 at “satisfied.” I was satisfied with Luis’s professionalism, his accessibility, description of the damage assessment and his ability to work with me to reach a consensus solution. We communicated often in coordinating the drop off, assessment, plan, repair parts and labor, repair timeline and pickup.

I have a 2008 Mazda MX-5 Highland Mica Green. They matched the paint to the original. When I went to pick the car up, the car was parked directly aimed at the sun so we could check the bodywork and paint job in full sunlight!

Service advisor Luis was incredible. I explained what I wanted and since damage was not much, I wasn’t sure whether I would file a claim or not. I let him know I was going to get several estimates and make my decision. He was the only one that made excellent suggestions on how to make the repair and explained how they would take care of my needs. One of the other places I went to get an estimate from their competitor and they actually sent me back to Carstar Fort Bend because they only worked with water based paints and he had heard Carstar FB did excellent work w non water based paints.
