They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had a little issue with the alignment immediately following repair that may have overreacted for, but they had me come back in as soon as I could and rotated the tires and assured me that it was taken care of. They also said to call back at any time if I found any other issues which I truly appreciated.

Greg was wonderful. Car was fixed perfectly and Carstar was so easy to work with. They even went back to my insurance company several times to make sure the insurance company paid for OEM parts! Highly recommend.

Leslie Sosa and the Malvern team were awesome. My car looks brand new. It actually looks better than before because they replaced the bumper, washed my whole car and cleaned my dashboard. This is the best repair experience I’ve had ever. Definitely recommending to friends and family.
