On pickup, I was just handed my keys. Wasn't told where my SUV was. When I asked the desk clerk just pointed and said over there. Fortunately, there was a tech who pulled it up to the door. Yet he did not step through what was done. The chrome trim is slightly off, but after the way I was treated I just wanted out of there. I have a 6, bc the estimator, Gianna was excellent. She showed me all the damage which drove the price I had to come to Fred Beans collision center, bc they took the other drivers insurance
