We damaged the rear doors on one of our American Red Cross vans and I was told to take it to Friendship Paint & Body. They got the estimate completed quickly and coordinated directly with our insurance company to get approval for the work. Once approved, they completed the work very quickly.

Customer service was very good. However, when I initially arrived to pick up my car, I noticed that the paint work was only partially completed. Bryce quickly took ownership of the situation and rushed the additional painting service to my satisfaction.

Fantastic customer service! Bryce walked me through the visual inspection and explained all the expenses and potential additional damage, and exactly what the plan was for fixing my car. I've never had that level of care and comminication at any mechanic or body shop.

Bryce from the moment i walked in was very nice, professional and had a genuine care about my vehicle. Only thing i would say they could have done better was the communication. There were a handful of times i had to call the office versus someone reaching out to me.
