I would have given Frog Hollow a 100 if I could. A very pleasant experience. From the start Angelo at Frog Hollow Collision explained the process of how the estimate is determined, submitted then approved by the insurance company, to repairing my damaged vehicle. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. The whole process from start to finish took about 3 weeks and was seamless. Also, I was updated with progress reports multiple times from when the estimate was submitted, to when the insurance company approved the repair, to when my car was completed. Everyone I dealt with at FHC was very professional, polite and courteous. I will definitely refer anyone that asks me for a collision company to go to Frog Hollow Collision.
