I love the prompt response I received from CarStar. In less than an hour of filing my claim with my insurance and selecting CarStar as the body shop, I received a call letting me know that I couldn't drop off the car by 7:30 am the next working day. I received updates on the progress of the work almost every day. The work was completed way before the estimated date. The car now looks brand new. The staff is courteous and answered all my questions. CarStar coordinated with Enterprise for me to get a rental immediately. I highly recommend CarStar and will use their service in any future event if they accept me as a client. Thank you very much!
