I had a wonderful experience with Carstar and would recommend them to anyone in need! They went above and beyond. When had trouble with getting the rental car to bring me to shop they waited for me. Besides the great work they do they have great customer service. Thank you for making this hard experience a lot easier ????

The door itself looks great but some of the paneling on the inside of the car was not put back together correctly. Now I have to take my car back in again to get it fixed.

When I dropped off the car they were very helpful and friendly. This was the second time taking my car to Hagen Collision. The first time they did a great job overall, but I had issues with the passenger side visor and I asked them to fix it. It does not look like they touched the visor as I asked, even though it was noted on the invoice/quote.

Great communication. Michelle made me feel supported. My car took a long time to complete and she would call me anytime there was an update. My car over heated after I picked it up and as soon as I called, Larry was on his way to help. He was able to fix the issue and send me on my way. The only recommendation I would suggest is to wash the car or wash it better. My car was filthy on the outside and the windows were very cloudy.
