Though the repair was much more complex than it initially appeared, and therefore took longer to complete,it was done so well that the wait was worth it. All through the process, communication was timely and clear. And when parts were finally received and calibrated, and the repair work was done, the cleanup and detailing were so thorough that the car looked and felt better than new. The shop communicated the status of the work on a regular basis. The estimate was very detailed and was reviewed with me prior to the start of work. The work was completed before the due date. The car looked better than new. The car was washed, waxed and vacuumed. I recommend Hamlin Collision to everyone.
