Super satisfied with my service. The owner and its staff are all friendly, and professional. I think that a lot people when comes to fixing their cars, they were afraid of being gaslit or the price was overly estimated. CARSTAR never made me feel this way. They were patient and fair, and provide many information about the process. Thank you! Hopefully I won’t need your services again (to be honest, I definitely don’t want another accident). However, if it does happen, I will no doubt to go back to CARSTAR to take care of my car.

In addition to the quality and timely work they performed on the right rear quarter-panel, the cleaned the whole exterior of the vehicle and even cleaned the interior as well (unexpected). They kept my continually updated on progress. Very helpful.

Great work and delivered vehicle ahead of schedule as requested. Thrilled about that. Repair and body work appear to be addressed well overall. Discovered that rear bed and/or bumper is slightly misaligned upon reassembly. Appears to be around a half inch travel gap from left side to right side. Visible to the eye.
