The vehicle looked fabulous. Only thing is that my vehicle was driven 42.7 miles the one week it was in for repair. The fuel was not replaced.

I was very worried about finding a shop for my brand new and very unique vehicle that needed a lot of rear end repair. I had a negative experience at a different Car Star location so I was very skeptical. From the first estimate appointment I felt at ease with using Car Star (Parkland Colision) for this repair. The front desk/administrative gals were so welcoming and kind and the waiting area was clean and nice. Jason was thorough and provided an estimate on site, informing me of wait times on certain parts and set an appointment after their arrival, which I appreciated not having to leave my car there while parts were being shipped, wasting time in a rental car. During the repair, I would receive automatic text updates but also additional updates from a real person at the shop with the status of my car. They were honest with their timeline, letting me know when there were bumps in the road on timing and why but ultimately they still delivered the vehicle within the original time frame quoted! They took extreme care to keep my light interior clean and to be gentle on the exterior of my car especially with it being only about a month or two old. I am so impressed and plan to use them should I need it (hopefully not!)

Everyone that I had spoken to were very kind and caring, very understanding and also very helpful. This was my first accident and it was very stressful on me and my family, and I appreciated the team here who worked hard, kept me updated and also stress free as much as they could.
