Everyone that I had spoken to were very kind and caring, very understanding and also very helpful. Only negative thing is I wish I would have been told about the pre and post scanning for the bumper because this was paid by U-Haul and I could have put that in the cost for them having to pay for bumper being replaced since they damaged my bumper in a hitch install
