Lack of communication. Car was due to be done and I received no call and wasted my day after being told it wouldn’t be ready for 2 more days! Then it was ready the next day and I had told them I was out of town that day for work and wouldn’t be able get it until Friday afternoon! Friday I how a message I would be charged $150 if I didn’t get my car! I have used carstar many times over the years, at least 10 or more! Never again.

The whole team was phenomenal to work with! There was clear, consistent communication and pricing at each step. They even detailed my car before handing it off, which was a complete surprise. I will definitely be coming back if I need any work done, and telling all of my friends to do the same!
