Totally satisfied w CarStar and quality of repair and would def use again. Just would rather get updates when car is taking longer than expected. I was told it should be ready Tuesday or Wed, but had to call for update on Wed and car wasn’t actually ready til Fri. All ok but I’d have preferred to get updates about delay.

Happy with my repair and would come back again(this was my 3rd repair here), but 8/10 only because I didn’t get updates about repair delays unless I followed up and requested a call. Was told when I dropped off on Monday that car should be ready Tuesday or Wednesday but not ready til Friday due to delays with glass installer but no updates except on Wed night after I called. I needed to pan getting someone to drive me so I’d rather have updates on delays.

My car major issue was not resolved. Your auto specialist ignored my major complaints on on the sound from the front end. ALL TIME FRUSTRATION!
