For autonomy work I would recommend but carwash not so much.

Office worker was friendly and great service and car bumper looks good. I paid $120 for the highest car wash deal and was disappointed. My floor mats were clean and vacuumed great but the outside and seats look like a regular 29.99 car wash. For the price I would not add it again.

*Joel was extremely communicative & patient with all my questions and concerns relating to the car and my insurance coverage. He was very clear with sharing details regarding the damage, explaining the repair process & potential issues as well as clarifying the position with my insurance coverage so that I was prepared for potential financial impacts. *Your front desk personnel were awesome, Lisa and Leticia were so kind, concerned and extremely helpful anytime I called or came to the office. *Joel shared that Albert & Rene were the two who worked on my vehicle. From my point of view, they were diligent at meeting/exceeding the expectations Joel has set forth. As the repair date neared, I shared with Joel that I’d be going out of town soon and couldn’t have my car returned with ANY needs to go back because I’d be out of town and it would delay the repair, my car rental expense, etc…The team tested and tested to ensure that EVERY potential issue had been resolved. It was still ready early to the quoted finish date. I drove it only a couple days before my travels and it sat in my driveway for 2 weeks. When I got back, it’s started easily & to date, has given me no issues! *Your automated text system was also excellent at keeping me informed & allowing for communication with Joel/you team! Job well done! I will highly recommend your services and team!

As noted in the first question, everyone I dealt with was beyond exceptional. The front office personnel even helped me remember to fill my rental car with gas before returning it, saving my money! The also made sure I took everything out of the rental when leaving it before taking my car home. They even offered something I was unaware of being that the rental company could pick the rental car up from your location without causing any more personal time from me shuttling between the rental company and Car Star! Everyone I mentioned in question #1 went above & beyond my expectations
