The timeframe for repair was great. It was shorter than I got an estimated quote from Subaru dealer. The office clerk was great and communication about repair work was great as well. The repair work on bumper replacement was decent but some paint jobs seems not as the same as the original and lower bumper component seems a little poking out? Other than that, it was fine.

Thanks for reaching out. I've actually been meaning to stop by the shop with a few concerns that I called in with the day after picking up the vehicle. Some of the issues I found and mentioned are the following: •The car interior was full of paint dust and reaked of paint fumes for days. Which was super disappointing because because the car was brand knew and i took pride in preserving the new smell. I understand the truck was being painted which could explain the smell.. but the paint dust and paint fumes lead me to believe the doors were carelessly left opened throughout the repairs. •i noticed paint splatter on different parts of the car, side mirror, top racks and even inside the car (3rd row window sill) which i was able to wipe down. •for some reason my middle seat row, the levers to fold the seats no longer work for both sides. The seats only slide and slightly incline but I can no longer fold them •the back bumper feels loose? I was removing some stuff from the trunk and when i leaned on it, it kept making a cracking noise. Theres also a piece in the trunk that keeps coming loose. •my side mirrors no longer fold in when i lock the car. The car doesnt beep or make noise when you lock it, so i was confused when the mirrors werent folding only to realize I somehow lost that function after the repairs. The unfortunate thing is i was finding issues throughout the week so im concerned, in time i'll find something else i was unaware of. So overall, im not too pleased with the service. The repairs themselves were great but the way the vehicle was cared for while in your shop was disappointing, let alone receiving it back with so many issues that I cant seem to understand how they were affected considering the work was on the exterior, away from those areas.. When i called they asked me to bring the car in but i've been swamped and dont have time to just leave the vehicle to have the issues resolved at this time.
