I am not satisfied with my experience with this repair shop. Throughout the entire process, communication was very poor. I was repeatedly given inaccurate completion dates and had to constantly call myself just to get updates about my vehicle. Weeks would pass without anyone contacting me. On top of that, when I finally received my vehicle back the first time, the repairs were not done properly and I had to return it again for additional repairs. They then kept my vehicle for another three weeks. Overall, the repair process took far longer than expected and caused a great amount of stress and inconvenience for me and my family. I understand repairs can sometimes take time, but customers deserve honest timelines, proper communication, and quality work the first time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

While the whole process was very uncomfortable and took an exceedingly long time to complete, I have to give Nelly, one of the receptionists I spoke to near the end of my repair work, and the gentleman who delivered my car very high marks. Nelly was very professional and apologized for the lack of communication and unprofessional way I was treated, she understood my frustration and was very kind in the end. The gentleman that delivered my car was extremely nice and answered a lot of questions that I had about the workshop, which I appreciated greatly. I cannot give them a 10 because of the above reasons, but these two individuals made the whole process sting a little less.

Customer service is sorely lacking at this establishment. Although I understand that repairs take some time ( 40 days), their lack of communicating with me and giving me updates was unacceptable.

It took them two months to fix my car and on top of that they couldn’t even give me and accurate finish date, they always said they’ll return the call but never did so I have to keep calling them, now the car isn’t even properly fixed, there is multiple parts that are hanging, they’re not even well screwed, didn’t even bother to put my floor mats back, I have to go back into the shop to get them, never bringing my business to this place again.

Everyone here was pleasant and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process. My car was finished on time. Ramon called me and gave me options on picking it up. When I picked up my car was clean. Total professionals!

I am still in disbelief that a body shop actually fixed my car by the date I was told it would be ready. It was also clean. The staff was a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to ensure I had my car back when I needed it back.
