This repair I just had some unpleasant experience, i could over look the communication part, but something is wrong with my door I need to spend the time coming back to fix the issue just annoying

I had my model y repaired here was a good experience that is why I used carstar for my model x repairs. A few things I want to bring up 1) send in photos 9/3 for estimates, and I get message said scheduled my car for repairs on 9/17. I brought in my car, front desk thought I am there only for estimates. My repair date was never converted from estimates to repairs in their system. 2) 9/23 I get a called around 11 am said my car will likely to be ready for pick up in the afternoon. Lady said she will call again later to confirm on my car is ready to be picked up. She never called. 9/24 enterprise called said that is my last day for my rentals. Carstar never called me tell me my car is ready to be picked up. 3) MOST IMPORTANTLY, my driver door doesn’t shut correct. It won’t close to be locked unless I use some force. Seemed something get in the way before I can be fully closed. Something they did wrong with my driver door. Can you tell me what I need to do? Such a hassle to bring the car back there wasting hours of time.

The car looks great but my car was supposed to be ready Friday and then Monday at 12. I was called at 3 when I had to go in at 2 that my car was ready. When I went to return my rental car someone had stolen a tire and rim. It wasn't y'all's fault but this never would have happened if my car was ready when I was told it was going to be.

I am not satisfied with my experience with this repair shop. Throughout the entire process, communication was very poor. I was repeatedly given inaccurate completion dates and had to constantly call myself just to get updates about my vehicle. Weeks would pass without anyone contacting me. On top of that, when I finally received my vehicle back the first time, the repairs were not done properly and I had to return it again for additional repairs. They then kept my vehicle for another three weeks. Overall, the repair process took far longer than expected and caused a great amount of stress and inconvenience for me and my family. I understand repairs can sometimes take time, but customers deserve honest timelines, proper communication, and quality work the first time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

While the whole process was very uncomfortable and took an exceedingly long time to complete, I have to give Nelly, one of the receptionists I spoke to near the end of my repair work, and the gentleman who delivered my car very high marks. Nelly was very professional and apologized for the lack of communication and unprofessional way I was treated, she understood my frustration and was very kind in the end. The gentleman that delivered my car was extremely nice and answered a lot of questions that I had about the workshop, which I appreciated greatly. I cannot give them a 10 because of the above reasons, but these two individuals made the whole process sting a little less.

It took them two months to fix my car and on top of that they couldn’t even give me and accurate finish date, they always said they’ll return the call but never did so I have to keep calling them, now the car isn’t even properly fixed, there is multiple parts that are hanging, they’re not even well screwed, didn’t even bother to put my floor mats back, I have to go back into the shop to get them, never bringing my business to this place again.
