This was my third opportunity to have CarStar repair damage one of my vehicles. As in the past they continue to be quality professional collision experts. The estimate was spot on. They provided daily updates on the status of repairs. The car was returned to me in pre-accident condition. In addition it was cleaned and washed. They are my go to car repair professionals. I wouldnāt consider anyone else should I need their services in the future.

They did an amazing job. Communications was great. I have a small dent in the fender near the trunk area. I wish they would have called and offer to fix for a small fee. But overall Iām very satisfied.

The vehicle was not repaired. The issue was clearly addressed. Carstar stated they finished the repair but knew the main reason for service was not fixed.
