Carl and GM were great. The front desk personnel seem preoccupied and talking about customers on the phone in front of other customers in the office. Not sure if she was referring to me or who. Just something to be aware of, not a complaint. Otherwise they were good too.

I’m real happy with the workmanship Carstar performed on my Cadillac. The office help was top notch. They arranged my rental car so I was able to drop my car off and jump into the rental car. I was also able to take the rental there when my car was finished. She estimated it taking until Jan 24th to do the repairs and I picked it up on Jan 15th. It was a really good experience working with you. I’m glad I decided to bring it to Carstar.
