Carstar kept me fully informed at all times. The assessment was straightforward. Unfortunately my car is difficult to get parts so the whole thing took a long time. However, CarStar sent me texts regularly to let me know what was going on. They explained the process fully. Pick up was stress free and the work looks top notch. Very happy with the experience
