Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They did great work and communicated daily as to the progress of my car. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this body shop to anyone needing work done. Also, from the time I had my appraisal to the time I got the actual repairs started was only two weeks so I think that was really good.

Niel Baker the manager, knows how to run a good body shop. I have had many repairs with different cars at Lee's Summit Car Star and its alwas top notch repair work. In my opinion the best in Kansas City. I will never go anywhere else. Great Job Neil!!!

Carstar made this process so easy. I didn’t even have to return my rental car. I just left it there and they had someone come pick it up and return it. I got texts almost daily to let me know where they were in the process of fixing my car. Always friendly and super helpful front desk girls. I would give this place nothing but rave reviews!!
