They lost my keys and took forever to get it back to me. They contacted saying they found it, then left me hanging. I had to call them again, just for them to say they lost it again. Furthermore, they didn’t even fix the entirety of my car. There was still a dent in my trunk when I took it back.

Other than my battery being changed out the work was great wish you would have painted the top part of the trunk to match the rest that you did but that is not here or there battery changed out was the biggest problem I know you say you didn’t change it but I only use one battery type and the one my car was returned with wasn’t the one I bought and had put in I paid for a new one it is now in there again I only use one type of battery so I guess I have to eat this thanks
