I did not have a repair done but an estimate done for my car. Unfortunately, the car was a total loss, but they were very good and fair with me. Also gave me a lot of information and helped appointment in the right direction with the insurance company.

The work is top quality and I couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. My ONLY complaint was that it did take quite a bit longer than was estimated when I took my car in for the estimate.

I delivered it on Monday morning and you had it all week, but didn’t start on it till the following Monday. I see you took the door off and painted it that way. Shouldn’t have been that many hours of labor because you didn’t have to cover the whole vehicle.

I had to call and see what was happening and I was told they get worked on in the order they come in. If you weren’t going to work on mine the week I left it, then why did you have me bring it in. I could have been using it.

The detailers did an amazing job. Metal Masters fixed all of the damage. However, they had my car for 3 months, the trunk has difficulty closing, and it's missing a small piece near the gear shift.

I'm being fair and generous with this rating due to my experience and the fact I had to take my vehicle back twice. But I can say some issue were due to my insurance company. I wish Carstar Metal Masters would've communicated a little better with me more when they ran into issues and complications. Oppose to keeping me in the dark.

Despite me not being satisfied with the initial work. They did go above and beyond to make it right and accommodate what I felt the insurance company and they may have missed. At a loss on their end. So I can say I believe they went above and beyond and go above and beyond for their customers when they can.
