Had to continuously follow up with the body shop for status. Was told multiple times that the mechanic could not figure out the issue after mechanic had my vehicle for two weeks. Minor repairs and it took almost a month to complete. Once repairs were completed I did not receive a call notifying me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I called for status and that is how I found out my vehicles repairs were completed. The body shop did a horrible job filling in scratches all around my vehicle that were not related to the damages from the accident so the minor scratches now look worse than when I dropped my vehicle off. Not satisfied one bit with this experience and would not recommend or use this body shop again.

Again, took multiple calls and was even told that since my rental time was expiring that I might be left without a vehicle. Again, was not notified that my vehicle was ready. Secretary stated she left a voicemail but no missed call or voicemail was on my phone. I felt like a burden even following up.
