Every interaction with the front office was extremely pleasant. The only negative experience was when the car was brought out when we picked it up, the porter came off as rude. He pulled the car up, exited the vehicle and did not even make eye contact. When we said thank you, he replied with a short "yup" and walked right past us as if we weren't there.
