You and your staff were wonderful. I’m sorry that I had so much dog hair, but Sophie is going to be short haired from here on out. My beautiful Aegean Blue CRV is like brand new, and drives and rides as before my accident. The interior front overhead lights were an addition that was a welcome surprise. I sent my comments the same day I got my car. I really appreciate how you all went to help me with the car rental people, at Enterprise at Oak Park location. Too bad that the other location is such a waste of time. I have told everyone about CarStar. I hope I don’t see you folks under the same situation again, I hope you know what I mean. Bill and Co. did a great job with my car - even during my impatience, Georgina and the office staff were great at keeping me updated on the status. Hope to not get in another accident, but if it happens - I'm gonna see what Bill can do first.
