Was trying to inform of an error was blown off. The real issue wasn't even addressed and every time I tried speaking about it I was redirected. I'll explain again the bumper underneath the headlight is separating. I've had to push it back in several times already. One time when i did i damaged something. I'm not going to figure out how to fix it. I would bring it back but why bother the person won't listen anyway. My other issue was the molding wasn't clipped correctly the first time and was falling off. The one side that wasn't where the impact is was good. The other side was not. I was told a lot of babble that probably wasn't done and a a result glue was used.... glue.. Now my point on this is if the clip that was connecting to the bumper was bad then the replacement bumper was bad. From this it seems as though the insurance company was charged for a new bumper but I the customer did not receive one. I'm pretty sure nothing was done correctly and when the bumper falls off I will show this review to the insurance company. I will not use this company again. I did on one of my other cars the same issue as this time. I thought I would try again, what a stupid mistake that was. The owner was nice though.

I chose this shop because I previously had a very good experience at another CARSTAR location. However, this repair took significantly longer than expected and communication was inconsistent. While the vehicle was ultimately repaired, the experience showed that service can vary greatly between locations even within the same brand.

The repair appears to be well done overall and the truck was returned in good condition. The team has been responsive in addressing a minor interior assembly issue and scheduling a follow-up visit to complete the final polish. I appreciate the effort to resolve the remaining items. The overall repair timeline was much longer than expected, but the quality of the work itself appears solid.

The staff were professional and helpful when I was able to connect with them, and communication improved during the later stages of the repair. However, earlier in the process communication was inconsistent and the original completion dates were moved multiple times. The repair was initially expected to be completed in December, then January, and after that there was a long period without a clear timeline. While I appreciate the team ultimately completing the repair and addressing follow-up items, the overall process took significantly longer than expected.
