All-around great experience. Staff was responsive and friendly, and the quality of the work is good. The ONLY issue is there was no way to dial an extension directly when I called (or at least I couldn’t figure it out), and this caused me some trouble. Minor issue, but I wanted to give this feedback.

I had a great experience with Michaels Collision. I am happy. Jamie was amazing, explaining the process and answering all my questions. The owner Michael is personable and the whole staff had my best interest in mind thru out the process. They kept me updated and were always accessible when I needed them. They really went over and beyond in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and use them myself again in the future!
