All considered, my cadillac suv looks great and after driving it for several days I have no complaints. I was very impressed with having my car mats and personal belongings in plastic bags in the trunk hatch and glove compartment.

Impressed that they cleaned my driver side headlight & runner light to match the new replacement of the damaged passenger side headlight etc.

I admit I was frustrated with how long it took to repair my vehicle; however, I was unaware of the auto workers strike and shut down of the parts plant. My vehicle received major damage and getting the parts was a huge issue for Carstar. I was willing to wait so that my vehicle could be properly repaired and safe to drive.

I would tell them to question the bid that they originally get and use their best judgment as to whether they want to use car star or not. I would also tell them that you did an excellent job and I was satisfied with the overall work I just didn’t like what I was told about how long it would take to get the car fixed and the fact that it took more than twice that time.

Because I can only see one question at a time I don’t know how my one issue with Carstar fits into your survey. When I came in to get the bid for my car, I was told it would take approximately 4 to 5 days to fix my car. It actually took more than twice that time. the dollar amount that was quoted was also a ballpark number, but the final number was more than twice that number. Because those two issues do determine, at least for me, where I take my vehicle to get worked on, I feel like the information given to the potential client should be a little closer to the end result.

I do not recommend Michael's CARSTAR Collision. They told me my car was ready but had a dead battery. When I picked it up, it was covered in clear coat overspray. When I got it home, I realized they never put any washer fluid in the new washer fluid tank. Clearly the car was not tested and cleaned once repairs were completed.
