The shop I would recommend 100% However Country Finacial Insurance TO AVOID. You can find the insurance companies that protect you, not to make a faulty for no reason

I am very satisfied about Michael’s Collision CARSTAR job, my car repair. HOWEVER I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT COUNTRY FINANCIALY INSURANCE. MY CAR DIDNT MOVE, MY CAR WAS STOPPED TO AVOID ANOTHER CAR. ANOTHER CAR HITTING MY CAR, DID DAMAGE AND COUNTRY FINANCIALLY DECIDED IS 50/50. I send them video footage , I texted a few emails, I called, nobody answer, nobody send answer to email. I have to continue to find the way protect my self

satisfaction with the customer service I received from the repair shop's personnel is 10. However with Country financial insurance is 0 or less. Country Financial Insurance decided fault is 50/50 however my car didn’t move, I stopped to avoid accident, another car moved in to my car and hitting my car. I can’t do anything else to avoid the car moved towards me. I send video footage to Country Financial , I send emails, called- nobody answer, nobody connected. County Financial insurance not protecting me, i have to find the way to protect myself

Melissa Laiserin was wonderful during the process of getting our work truck in and repaired in a timely manner. Melissa was understanding that as a fleet vehicle it's hard to have out of commission for a long period. We didn't have to loose too much downtime for this repair. I greatly appreciate everyone who worked on the truck to get this repaired and back on the road as quickly as they did. The updates on vehicle status were also greatly appreciated.
