They made the process of getting my car fixed easy. They kept me informed, and finished their work early. The people there eased my nerves, which were elevated due the accident, by showing concern for my well being and assuring me that my car will be good as new. Which it was. You guys have the best customer service and I’m so glad I brought my car to you. From a detailed car to a full tank of gas. Y’all did the works. The only thing I would critique is the communication end of things. I only received 2 calls from yall in the 2 1/2 months my car was being serviced. I have no issue with calling to learn about my car but it would have been a complete 15/10 if I could have received updates frequently. I will be bringing any cars I will need serviced to y’all in the future. Thank you guys again!!

Jennifer called to set up appointment. Very wonderful and pleasant young woman and very accommodating to my schedule. I just received my car back clean as a whistle with a life time warranty on your work. It was a pleasure working with this particular Cat Star! I’m pleased with what I can see of the work and repairs they did. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

Didn’t fix everything they said they would. The fix they did to the bumper didn’t work. It’s still not on square. Zero communication for an additional week delay which resulted in no rental car. Overall a horrible experience.
