You all did an excellent job on our car. Jennifer was very helpful and a pleasure to work with and Chase was awesome at getting repairs done. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do, I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you all very much!

The only thing I’m not satisfied with is the fact I had to call car star for updates weekly although they had my number and they sent a progression data sheet and never filled it out as said. My wife was receiving updates from progressive or cat star. Not sure which one. I took my truck to carstar and gave them my cell number, not anyone else’s. I feel that let me down and didn’t do what they stated!😞

The team at carstar mountain highway are amazing! They're professional, with humor, patience, and great personalities! As for the work there was done on my Jeep. Perfect! The lead guy I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. But the supervisor went above and beyond. Thank you carstar! You guys rock!

Communication was horrible. I had to call in to check status each time. The customer service girl in front was a doll. Super friendly sweet. Y’all gotta fix that update system tho.

The trunk alignment was bit fixed, kept trying to tell me it was fine when it was not. Didn’t care what I had to say. Also one of the taillights seams was not correct, told me that it was just a clip that needed to be fixed. If that was all it was then why wasn’t it fixed? The whole experience was just awful

certain areas of the car was not done / repaired , there was dog prints on my car when picked up , took the car back to the shop this morning to get the car repaired on the parts that were missed. car is at the shop right now won’t be done for another week.

Repair work was fine. But detail on making sure fasteners, clamps, trim pieces and such needs work! No one did a walk around with me on car and had to take it upon myself to check their work.
