Upon pick up I was informed after I came back in to ask about a hob cap that wasn't replaced,that it was on back order and they would call me when it came in. Then I noticed that my windshield wasn't all the way attached to the car and was causing air and water to come into the car. The car was not doing that when I dropped the car off nor before the accident. They refused to fix it and allowed me to drive off with an incomplete car!!

It’s a great shop with really nice and accommodating employees. I think their communication with customers could be a little better. Their text system is not accurate and I received multiple messages telling me my car was ready when it wasn’t. Also, there are still some repairs pending and I haven’t heard back yet with an update. I know they are busy, but solid communication with customers is key. Aside from that, I would definitely take my vehicle back and recommend this shop to others.

Was told my car would be an easy fix and that parts were available yet when my car went in to actually get repaired, it took over a month for my parts and I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket for my rental and there was no follow up in regards to helping me with that.
