The manager ‘ Mike Rousey ‘ was very accomodating through the repair process. I was a heavy collision expert and shop owner for 35 years. I have worked in a few high end body shops in my career and can appreciate the time he spent with me to explain each step my vehicle went through until it was finished and delivered. No smoke and mirrors; just honest communication and good work. Cannot recommend Carstars on Mountain Highway in Spanaway Washington highly enough

Repairs on my car made it look like there was never even an accident. Perfectly done. My car was completed 10 days earlier than the estimated time which I was ecstatic about. Thank you guys for ur hard work and dedication. This was my 2nd time bringing my car to you guys for repairs and it’s my 2nd time being more than happy with the results.

My car went in with no check engine light on, and it came back to me ON and between carstar and the insurance company, they are not trying to fix it. They are trying to find what ever reason they can for it to be my fault. It is frustrating and horrible customer service. They also had claimed to take a scan of my car prior to working on it but never sent it to me. I would never recommend this place
