I recently had my Tesla Model Y repaired at CARSTAR Murray’s after an accident, and I’m very happy with how everything was handled. From the start, the team was clear, responsive, and kept me informed with regular updates. The quality of the repair looks great. I also appreciate that they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and replaced safety components like the seatbelt assembly to make sure everything was fully restored. The timeline was accurate, the process was smooth, and pickup was easy. I was also able to drop my rental car here at the time of pickup. Overall, it was a stress-free experience after a stressful accident. I would definitely recommend them. Special thanks to Abby for the clear communication and updates throughout the process.

The work seemed to be done well, and everyone was very friendly, but it seemed to take a long time between phases of work. For example, we were told the parts had all arrived on Feb 5th (which a woman on the phone told me can take a long time because it all depends on when Tesla ships the parts, so I understood that), we were then informed the paint process began on Feb 17th (why did it take almost two weeks?), and then it took another week before the car was ready to pick up. In summary, I did not expect the repairs to take over a month to complete.

Simplify, efficiency, high quality, professional services, and quick turnaround. CARSTAR Murray's coordinated insurance and car rental made my unpleasant event easy. All I had to do was drop my damaged car, grabbed the rental, and less than 2 weeks later, I pick up my fixed car.
