For customer convenience, we offer Saturday estimate appointments, early morning repair pick-up/drop-off times, & arrange rental reservations. We are happy to provide transportation for local customers to/from our shop. Cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (no fees) are accepted as forms of payment. Everything was so easy from start to finish. As soon as I chose CARSTAR, they called me within the same day, scheduled a time for me to drop it off, and were super helpful in helping me navigate this whole process. I dropped off my car, received updates throughout the process, and had a super easy pick-up when it was time. My car was literally spotless when I picked it up, inside and out, which was just an extra plus. Tyler & Margie were super helpful throughout this experience. I appreciate the great customer service and communication.
